Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your swim pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
